Rates
Rates depend on a variety of factors including mileage to the event, the type and length of event, and specific requests. Generally the rates are:
$225 1st hour
$100 each additional hour
1 hour minimum
Overtime rate is $75 per half-hour, fees are charged in 30 minute increments.
Monica typically does not attend Wedding Rehearsals, however, for an additional fee and if schedule allows, she can make arrangements to attend the rehearsal if client desires.

Weather/Playing Conditions
If this is an outdoor engagement and inclement weather conditions prevail, Purchaser must arrange for an alternate site. If inclement weather conditions make it impossible to complete the performance, Artist shall nevertheless be paid the full contract price. There must be a clean, flat, dry surface for the harpist to play on. Artist can not play in an extended amount of time in direct sunlight or other conditions which may cause harm to the harp.
Payment and Deposit
A non-refundable $150 deposit is due at the time the contract is signed. Artist can not reserve event date without the deposit. The balance in full is due seven days before event date. If Artist is unable to perform due to conditions out of her control, all fees including deposit will be refunded.
Any special music requests that require learning new music could incur additional fees and must be decided on before the contract is signed.
